Healthy Study Snacks

     Often times I find myself not studying at home in my room but at a coffee shop or Starbucks. There I find myself more driven to study, and get assignments done without as many distractions. A couple of healthy drinks include, skinny latte with sugar free vanilla and passion fruit teas without the sweetener. Greek yogurt or nonfat is a great snack for anytime of the day. Oatmeal especially from Starbucks is a great way to start the day off, and keeps you full well into the afternoon. Popcorn and Nature Valley granola bars are a great snack to keep handy and have anywhere for those unexpected study sessions.                        Stay away from vending macines and carb/ sugar filled snacks!
